At Cambodia Premium Bacon, we create bacon with real colour, real flavour, and real quality. We use carefully selected pork, Kampot sea salt, Cambodian sugar, and Prague salt as part of a proper curing process that delivers the rich, satisfying taste customers expect from premium bacon.

Premium Bacon Starts with Better Decisions

We do not believe in creating bacon that looks big in the packet but disappoints when cooked. We believe in making bacon that actually tastes premium.

Our cure uses:

  • Kampot sea salt

  • Cambodian sugar

  • Prague salt

Prague salt is used as part of a proper curing process to help create the classic flavour and colour of real bacon while helping protect the meat during curing. It is not there to pump the bacon with water or make it artificially heavy. We are interested in creating bacon with real character, not inflated weight.

The result is bacon that:

  • smells incredible

  • cooks beautifully

  • has proper texture

  • holds its quality

  • delivers the flavour bacon lovers want
